While there are some reputable real estate coaching companies out there, we all know that it's impossible for them all to be experts. Who has time to look through all of that information? I know we don't. So, how can you weed out the professional companies and those who are no more than a guy with a computer sitting in his boxers?

&lt;div&gt;Here are 8 things that you must determine before choosing a Real Estate Coaching Company:&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;How long have they been in business?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;It only costs a couple dollars to create a website and put a business online. Pick a Real Estate coaching company who has been around for awhile and has results that are proven and tested.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Do they have an actual office location, a number to call and staff members to support your needs?&lt;br&gt;
&lt;/b&gt;I'm a fan of the Dr/Nurse theory. When you walk in the doctors office he doesn't have you sign in check your insurance, bill you and schedule an appointment. He has nurses and other staff members take care of that. So, you should be leery of a one man shop. Having just a website is not going to cut it. You need to able to call the &lt;a href="http://www.thecoretraining.com" target="_blank" class=""&gt;Real Estate company&lt;/a&gt; and check them out. They also need staff members who will be able to support you during your real estate coaching.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

If they can't tell you that, then how are they going to help you?
